next level you are here: home / about us / how we do it / project
When all aspects of the project are clear after either the prototype or the quickscan we can start with the main project.

Project
After the previous phase we come to the actual implementation.
This phase consists of several items:
  • Software acquisition
  • Database structure & fine tuning
  • Parameterisation
  • Installation
  • Training
  • On-Site-Support
  • Project acceptance
  • Maintenance contract
We focus on delivering a turn-key project with which you can directly start entering data and publishing this to the output channels defined in your project. After installation we support our customers in two ways:

Training
There is a variety of different of training available:
  • user level, for entering data and publishing
  • developer level, for developing new layouts and functionalities
  • administrator level, for system maintenance, such as backup
On-Site support
Once the system is in use there might be questions such as: how did that work again or finalization of a print catalogue (Index and table of Content creation) that might have been forgotten. For this we have the option of on-site support to cover any outstanding questions. These are often more difficult to handle by telephone so we suggest an onsite visit.
Working in this way results in an implementation timeframe of 2 to 3 months from start of the quickscan to project acceptance.
