One of the most difficult factors of publishing price lists in the sanitary sector is the validity of the information. Due to the large fluctuations in copper and zink prices, special solutions are required:

whereby you can communicate binding prices to your customers

where you don’t have to give prices “on demand”

where customers make claims because prices have changed making your most recent price list out of date
For one of our customers, already mentioned previously, we implemented a concept that remove these problems. Their price lists now consist of multiple price columns. On a daily basis the prices are updated on the website and in addition the prices of the raw materials (for copper www.westmetall.de and for zink www.lme.co.uk) are added. Also the price column that is to be used at that time is communicated. 
The customers who have a printed price list can quickly check online to know which price column they are to use at that time.
